For this client, a private fund management and property management company, I led the end-to-end design of a new strategic plan document. This included developing a cohesive visual system to communicate both high-level organizational goals and detailed strategic initiatives. The final product provided leadership with a clear strategic roadmap while also translating the organization’s desired future state into a detailed, actionable plan.
